TDI^® is a licensed general contractor that has been building across Northern California since 1983. We handle commercial tenant improvements, capital improvements, expansions, industrial work and residential projects, and we do it with one team that stays with the job from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. TDI^® is Native American owned (Cherokee) and a certified Minority Business Enterprise.

Who we serve

We build for healthcare and medical facilities, gaming and hospitality properties, government and public agencies, schools and colleges, industrial and manufacturing plants, and commercial property owners and retail, as well as homeowners across the region.

How we work

Every project starts with a walkthrough and a written scope and estimate, so you know what is being built and what it costs before work begins. Most of the buildings we work in stay open while we build, so we schedule around tenants, guests, patients, students and production, phase the work, and keep work zones separated from the people using the space. You get one point of contact and regular updates from start to finish.

TDI^® is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), recognized by both the National Minority Supplier Development Council and the California Public Utilities Commission’s Supplier Clearinghouse, and a certified Local Business Enterprise (LBE) with the City of Sacramento. We are also an IICRC Certified Firm and a member of the Restoration Industry Association. Certificates are available on request for vendor and procurement files.

TDI^® works across Northern California, with offices in Sacramento, Manteca and Modesto. That covers the Sacramento metro, the Central Valley and the foothill communities along Highway 50 and I-80, and larger commercial, industrial and public projects take us farther.
