Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
TDI USA, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our website is usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We believe that access to information about our services, whether you’re dealing with water damage, fire damage, or a mold concern, should not be a barrier for any visitor.
This site is built with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the current internationally recognized standard for web accessibility. These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.
What We’ve Done to Support Accessibility
We’ve taken steps to make the site as navigable and readable as possible:
- Pages are structured with semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret headings, lists, and landmarks in a logical order.
- Images include descriptive alternative text where content is meaningful.
- Color contrast ratios are maintained to support visitors with low vision or color-vision differences.
- Interactive elements, including forms and navigation, are designed to be operable by keyboard without requiring a mouse.
- The site avoids content that flashes or strobes in ways known to trigger photosensitive responses.
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time checklist. As we update and expand the site, we continue to evaluate new content against the same standards.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every respect. Third-party tools, embedded maps, or older documents may present accessibility challenges that are outside our direct control. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps.
