What This Policy Covers
This privacy policy explains how TDI USA, Inc. (“TDI®,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through tdiusa.com. It applies to visitors who contact us through the site, request estimates, or otherwise interact with our web presence. Information We Collect
When you fill out a contact or estimate-request form, we receive the details you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or project. When you call a number shown on the site, our call-tracking provider (CallRail) records the call details, and may record the call, so we know which page or ad led to it.
We and our advertising and analytics partners also collect information automatically through cookies, pixels and similar tags: pages you visit, links and phone numbers you tap, whether you submitted a form, your browser and device type, IP address, general location, and the ad or website that sent you here. We do not collect payment card information through the website.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, shown as heatmaps and recorded page sessions) so we can improve the site. Clarity hides what you type into forms. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement. Clarity does not load for visitors who opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page or whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
How We Use Your Information
The information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, and, where you authorize it, coordinate documentation with your insurance carrier. If you are filing a claim, we may share relevant loss documentation (photos, moisture readings, scope notes) with your adjuster, but only after you have given us explicit direction to do so. We also use site activity to measure which of our ads produce calls and estimate requests, and to show TDI® ads to people who have visited our site. We do not sell or rent your information for money.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
Outside of insurance coordination you authorize, we share your information only with the service providers and advertising partners described here, or when required by law or in response to a valid legal process. Service providers include our website host (Cloudflare), analytics (Google Analytics), call tracking (CallRail) and customer-relationship software (HubSpot).
Advertising partners. The site may load tags from Google (Google Ads and YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising and Nextdoor. These partners receive information about your visit (the pages you view, phone taps and form submissions, plus your IP address, browser and cookie identifiers) and use it to measure our ads and to show TDI® ads to people who have visited our site. When you submit an estimate request, we may also send your email address, phone number and name to these partners in hashed (scrambled) form so they can match the request to an ad you saw. Each partner handles this information under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with data brokers or lead-generation services.
Retention
Contact and project records are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the service relationship and meet applicable legal or licensing requirements under California state regulations. If you would like your information removed and there is no ongoing legal or contractual obligation requiring us to keep it, contact us and we will honor that request promptly.
Your Rights as a California Resident
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of the advertising partners above may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and you can opt out of it at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

For visitors outside California: this site is operated by a California-based contractor and is not specifically directed at residents of the European Union. GDPR obligations are unlikely to apply, but if you believe they do and have a concern, contact us and we will work through it in good faith.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy in a material way, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
