Building in Meadow Vista

Meadow Vista is a foothill community in unincorporated Placer County between Auburn and Colfax, with homes on larger, wooded lots, small local businesses and community buildings. Foothill properties bring their own conditions: sloped and wooded lots, tighter access for materials and equipment, occasional winter snow at higher elevations, and wildfire-area building requirements for exteriors, vents, roofing and decks where they apply. Permits for work in Meadow Vista go through Placer County’s Community Development Resource Agency, and we handle the applications and inspections as part of the job.
